Emotions are everywhere: my story & the truth about Emotional Intelligence
In the third episode of my Spotify Podcast “Human Technology and Heart Intelligence with Vanessa”, I really wanted to open a vulnerable space, and share.
To talk about something we all experience, but never talk about.
Something we want to share, but often struggle to express: our emotions.
The Heart: our greatest Intelligence in a world moving toward Artificiality
If the first article was about remembering our identity, this one is about embodying it — in the heart, in the nervous system, and in human connection.
During my talk at Mexico Tech Week, everything shifted when we practiced heart coherence together. The room softened, the energy grounded, people breathed again, a collective exhale happened. It was like everyone remembered, even for a moment, what it feels like to come home to themselves.
In the age of AI, we are being asked to remember what it means to be Human
Lately when I talk with people and share about my work with Human & Artificial intelligence, they whisper the same questions:
“Am I going to be replaced? I don’t feel AI, it’s dangerous”
“If an AI can do what I do so much better, then … is what I do still enough?”
Can you really be friends with an AI ?
There’s nothing to fear about the raise of AI if we, humans, start to deeply embody our humanity.
Our stories. What makes us truly unique.
AI friendships and companions are (like much in our society) temporary fixes to the loneliness and anxiety that rule our societies.
Evolution can only happen by us, humans, looking at ourselves and daring to connect deeply with each other.
Daring to face our (human) uncertainties, to walk through our (human) confusion, to look honestly inside ourselves instead of building masks.
Only then, we will see we all have the same wounds and difficulties. And we all have the same deep longing for hope, for more love, for purpose and contribution.
EI & AI : The Importance of Integrating EI into AI Design and Development
Emotional intelligence (EQ) and artificial intelligence (AI) have significant implications for modern society.
While AI has become increasingly prevalent, its lack of emotional intelligence is a limitation that hinders its ability to interact effectively with humans.
Integrating emotional intelligence into AI design and development is crucial for machines to provide personalized services and improve user experiences.
However, this raises questions about building empathy and trust in machines, and ensuring that AI aligns with human values and ethics.
Understanding the Different Types of Intelligence
When we think of intelligence, we often think of traditional measures such as IQ.
However, there are many different forms of intelligence that impact how we interact with the world and achieve success.
By understanding and embracing these various types of intelligence, we can unlock our full potential and enhance our personal and professional growth.
So, let's take a closer look at the different forms of intelligence and how they can shape our lives.
